Amansala is equipped with a variety of room options catering to your needs. Below you'll find more information on the different types of rooms available to help inform your booking selection. When booking for 2 people, you will need to make two separate submission forms - one for each person and please include the name of your roommate(s) in your submission form.

Deposit & Full Payment:

• $1,000 non-refundable deposit per person at the time of booking secures your spot.

• Your remaining balance is due by December 1, 2025. 

If you need help arranging a flexible payment plan, we can work with you on options so long as your full retreat payment is paid by no later than 90-days prior to the retreat start date. 

There are two airports you can fly into:

• Tulum (TQO) - 20-minute drive to the hotel

• Cancun (CUN) - 90-minute drive to the hotel

The hotel will arrange transfers from the airport for a fee. The retreat hosts will share a link from the hotel to help set this up.  

In March, the weather in Tulum is warm and pleasant with daily average temperatures of 85 degrees and nighttime temperatures around 68 degrees. Amansala offers relaxed accommodations like no other boutique hotel in Tulum. You can walk from your room straight into the Sea for a swim, enjoy delicious and healthy meals and soak in the magic of this incredible location. What a dream!

No one books a retreat with the intention to cancel it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and know that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. 

All retreats include a $1,000 non-refundable / non-transferrable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments  made are also non-refundable / non-transferrable if cancellation is within 90-days of the retreat start date. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. 

We will make an exception to these terms if:

• The host government forbids us to visit as tourists

• The host government forbits our vendors from hosting us as tourists

• The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists

Full Payment is due by December 1st, 2025. 

We request all of our retreat guests strongly consider purchasing travel insurance. You can look into options like World Nomad or other reputable travel insurance companies. We respect our cancellation terms and offer no exceptions for cancellation refunds. By opting out of Travel Insurance you are taking full responsibility for any unexpected circumstances that may hinder your attendance on a retreat.
