• 6 days / 5 nights accommodation at Amansala’s beachfront property in Tulum  

• Daily yoga with Alyssa and Gudrun (1–2 classes tailored per day), with options for all levels 

• Playful, thoughtful workshops to deepen your practice and self‑inquiry  

• Three fresh, delicious and nutritious meals per day (with exception of 1 offsite dinner). Meals include animal-based proteins like eggs and lean fish. 

• Guided breath-work session  

• Sound healing and cacao ceremony

• Local taxes and fees for room and board  

• Daily free time to enjoy Tulum’s white‑sand beaches and crystal‑clear waters  

• Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets available in the yoga shalas

• Travel insurance (required for all participants): We recommend a policy that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Please read your policy carefully; travel insurance protects your investment and your peace of mind.

• Airfare (we will share recommended flights after your booking is confirmed)

• Airport transfers (Amansala can help arrange this in advance) 

• Spa services, additional tours and excursions (bookable onsite) 

• One offsite dinner and any meals outside of our time at Amansala 

• Alcoholic beverages, specialty smoothies, and juices 

• Gratuities for staff (recommended: $15–20 per day) 

Amansala features a variety of room types — from shared spaces to private beachfront rooms — so you can choose what feels best for your comfort and budget. All rooms have air‑conditioning and are stocked with thoughtful essentials, including a hair dryer and full bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap). Our group will all stay onsite, creating a contained space that feels both relaxed and secure throughout the retreat.

Amansala

Amansala is a laid‑back, eco‑chic beachfront retreat on Tulum’s Boca Paila road. With palm‑shaded cabanas, two restaurants, a pool and three yoga shalas, it is a wellness‑focused sanctuary. Just around 90-minutes from the Cancún airport and minutes from Tulum’s hotel zone, Amansala is the perfect base to unplug and enjoy Tulum’s white‑sand shores.

Transportation

There are two airports you can fly into:

• Tulum (TQO) - 45-minute drive to the hotel

• Cancun (CUN) - 90-minute drive to the hotel

The hotel will arrange transfers from the airport for a fee. We will share a link from the hotel to help set this up.  

Weather

In mid‑February, Tulum is warm and breezy, with daytime temperatures around 82–84°F and comfortable evenings near 68–70°F. Step from your room straight to the sea, savor delicious meals, and soak in the magic of this incredible beachfront setting. What a dream!

No one books a retreat with the intention to cancel it, but unexpected events do occur, so we require all of our retreat guests purchase travel insurance for peace of mind. We recommend options like World Nomad, Allianz or other reputable travel insurance companies. Please know that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. We respect our terms and offer no exceptions for cancellation refunds within the 90 day mark of a retreat start date. By opting out of Travel Insurance you are taking full responsibility for any unexpected circumstances that may hinder your attendance on a retreat.

All retreats include a $1,000 non-refundable / non-transferrable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferrable if cancellation is within 90-days of the retreat start date. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. 

Full Payment is due by November 1, 2026
