Join Alyssa Dasso and Gudrun Bjarnadottir for a 5-day, 4 night yoga retreat at Spirit Camp nestled in coastal redwoods of Mendocino. Just a few hours up the coast from the SF Bay Area, Mendocino is known for its scenic coastline, stunning redwoods, charming Victorian village architecture and vibrant arts community. It is the perfect place to escape into nature and immerse yourself in the beauty of the land.
The intention of this retreat is to reset and reconnect through daily yoga practices, nourishing food, expansive nature, inquiry work and more. Back for a second year by popular demand, you won't want to miss this magical experience!
5 days, 4 nights stay at Spirit Camp property
Daily yoga practices with Alyssa and Gudrun, all levels are welcome and practices are warmed by a wood-oven stove in the yoga room
Workshops led by Alyssa and Gudrun focused on exploring different aspects of the practice
Healthy, delicious and nourishing meals on-site prepared by a local chef
Free time to explore downtown Mendocino & local beaches, plunge, relax, hike, stargaze and enjoy campfires together

Travel Insurance is required for all participants. We strongly recommend a policy that includes trip cancellation and/or medical coverage. Please understand that we honor our cancellation policy and travel insurance gives you peace of mind.

Spirit Camp is nestled in the enchanting redwoods of the Mendocino coastline and is just a 15-minute drive to charming downtown Mendocino with organic grocery stores, shops, boutiques and restaurants. Meals, movement, hikes and free time during the retreat will primarily take place at Spirit Camp and we will provide down-time for folks to explore the local area.
Lodging Accommodations: The property is equipped with multiple lodging options, including private cabins, shared cabins, tent cabins and glamping tents. Scroll below to view details and all inclusive pricing for each option. Prices listed are per person and include accommodations, meals, and classes.
Bath House & Facilities: On the property, there is a shared bath house with toilets, sinks, showers and hot water. No accommodations have private bathrooms.
Kitchen & Food Storage: The kitchen is in the main lodge. Participants will have access to store snacks and necessities in the kitchen pantries and fridge.

Private Tent Cabins: 1 King or 2 Twins (2 Guests)

Spirit Camp's newest Tented Cabins are more spacious than Glamping tents and include overhead lighting, heated blankets, and a phone-charging outlet.
Each private tent cabin comes equipped with two Twin beds or 1 King bed. This option is great for a couple or two close friends who would like their own private space.
Women's Shared Cabins
Queen Bed Price: $1,995 for 1 person / $1,850 per person if 2 friends share queen bed
Single Bed Price: $1,895 for 1 person
Cozy shared cabins equipped with Queen and Single beds that lodges 3-5 people.
Shared cabins have a desk and a deck with Adirondack chairs for lounging.

We are thrilled to offer glamping tents at our retreat this year! Glamping is perfect for nature lovers and comfort seekers alike. Sleep beneath the stars and wake up to birdsongs under three layers of cozy warmth.
Each glamping tent is equipped with:
Bed(s) with Comfy Mattresses (1 King or 2-3 Twins)
High-quality cotton sheets & plush pillows
Duvet, quilt and extra wool blanket
Side table, luggage rack, chair & lantern
Perfect for a solo traveler who would like their own private space, a couple or a group of friends who would like their own sleeping quarters.
No one books a retreat with the intention to cancel it, but unexpected events do occur, so we require our retreat guests to purchase travel insurance for peace of mind. Please know that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.
All retreats include a $1,000 non-refundable / non-transferrable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferrable if cancellation is within 90-days of the retreat start date. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
Full Payment is due by February 1, 2026
We require all of our retreat guests purchase travel insurance. You can look into options like World Nomad, Allianz or other reputable travel insurance companies. We respect our terms and offer no exceptions for cancellation refunds within the 90 day mark of a retreat start date. By opting out of Travel Insurance you are taking full responsibility for any unexpected circumstances that may hinder your attendance on a retreat.
